RDT 104 - Principles of Exposure I (3 Credits)

This course includes the basic methods of X-ray production, image acquisition and various parameters affecting image quality. Beam attenuation characteristics and the interactions of ionizing radiation within the human body are explained. Lecture Hours: 39. Prerequisite(s): Permission of the department head.
