EGT 260 - Engineering Technology Field Experience (2 Credits)

In order to obtain an actual training experience, students secure or are placed in an approved position relevant to their area of emphasis. In cooperation with the instructor and field supervisor, students are required to develop a learning contract for the field experience. Supervision and grading of the training experience are provided by both the instructor and the field supervisor. Field Experience Hours: 100. Prerequisite(s): ELE 230 or ELE 245 with a grade of “C” or better and permission of the department head. Offered upon sufficient student demand.
