CMP 210 - Computer Science I (4 Credits) This course offers an introduction to the theory of programming structures and problem analysis to solve common computer problems. Problems are solved by designing, implementing and testing algorithms. The emphasis in this course is on problem solving and developing well-designed computer programs. This course is taught using a high-level object-oriented programming language. Lecture Hours: 26. Laboratory Hours: 52. Prerequisite(s): CMP 135 or MTH 122 with a grade of “C” or better. Laboratory Fee: $25. Usually offered in the fall.
