CMJ 104 - Criminal Law (3 Credits) This course examines substantive criminal law as it is applied to local, state and federal systems. Crimes as prosecuted in a court of law are examined. Court decisions are used to address various sources and types of criminal laws. Lecture Hours: 39. Usually offered in the fall.
