OFT 165 - Records Management (2 Credits)

Students learn the fundamental concepts of records and information management, including an overview of the most widely used filing systems and procedures. Hands-on activities include filing and retrieval of both paper and electronic records according to alphabetic, subject, numeric and geographic filing systems. Self-Paced Hours: 30.
