CMP 134 - Approaches to Problem Solving (4 Credits) This course provides students with a firm foundation in problem-solving approaches in computer programming while facilitating the development of good structured programming skills for solving typical programming problems and applying them to real world problems. Students define and analyze problems, design computer solution algorithms and prove the correctness of the solution. Lecture Hours: 26. Laboratory Hours: 52. Laboratory Fee: $25. Usually offered in the fall and spring.
