CMP 230 - Back-End Web Development (4 Credits)

This course covers advanced topics in web development. Custom website functionality, such as plugins and/or widgets, is covered. Using a web-based programming language and database concepts, students create web applications that increase website functionality and satisfy business requirements. Lecture Hours: 26. Laboratory Hours: 52. Prerequisite(s): CMP 135 with a grade of “C” or better. Laboratory Fee: $25. Usually offered in the fall.
