BMT 235 - Social Media Practicum (3 Credits) Working in teams, students participate in a semester-long case study designed to provide practical experience in auditing an online marketing effort and developing recommendations based on key findings. Students demonstrate proficiency in various areas of social media marketing planning, including conducting a marketing SWOT analysis and creating a social media marketing plan, budget and ROI analysis. Lecture Hours: 39. Prerequisite(s): BMT 130 with a grade of “C” or better or permission of the department head. Usually offered in the fall.
