BMT 160 - Customer Relationship Management (3 Credits) This course prepares students to apply positive guest service skills to both internal and external customers. Students develop communication skills, problem-solving skills, positive attitudes and behaviors, professionalism and the art of cordiality. Topics include exceeding guest expectations, handling difficult guests, resolving conflicts and analyzing guest comment cards to improve performance. Lecture Hours: 39. Prerequisite(s): ENG 095 and ENG 096 or ENG 097 , with grades of “C” or better or acceptable reading and writing placement test scores. Usually offered in the spring.
