This program is for students who want to transfer to a four-year college or university and work toward a bachelor’s degree in cybersecurity. Students should familiarize themselves with the program requirements of the institution to which they plan to transfer. In order to graduate, students must obtain a grade of “C” or better in all computer and math courses.

Graduates of this program should be able to: - Explain as well as justify, in both oral and written form, security procedures and recommendations for a non-technical audience;
- Identify, understand and evaluate social, professional, security and ethical issues related to computing as well as key security domain concepts;
- Determine the role of network security technologies within a network and establish appropriate security policy; and
- Apply industry standard information security practices to formulate effective action plans that mitigate risk.
