Learning Outcomes

Graduates of this program should be able to:

1. Demonstrate the operation of refrigeration, air conditioning, heating and heat pump systems;
2. Prepare business documents and technical documents for documenting services performed and customer invoices;
3. Evacuate, charge and recover refrigerant from air conditioning and refrigeration systems; and
4. Calculate residential heat loss and heat gain.
