MTH 201 - Calculus I (4 Credits)


This course focuses on the rigorous treatment of topics traditionally covered in a first-semester calculus course. Topics covered include limits, differentiation, applications of the derivative, antidifferentiation, the indefinite and definite integral, integration by substitution and applications of the integral.  Lecture Hours: 52. Prerequisite(s): MTH 122  with a grade of “C” or better or permission of the department head. Usually offered in the fall and spring.
